ORDER RETURNS/REFUND POLICY:
The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee is our way of ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. If you are not satisfied with the product, then let us know within 30 calendar days of receiving your order, and we will give you a full refund. The company might request additional information from the customer in case the device is reported as defective or faulty. The cost of shipping for returned items are covered by customers.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@luxovre.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll issue a refund after receiving the item. Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
