Processing & Shipping Times

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout.
  • You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours after placing your order.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • United States: 5-10 business days
  • Canada & Europe: 7-15 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7-15 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10-20 business days

Order Tracking

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. Luxovre is not responsible for these additional charges. Please check with your local customs office for more details.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or your local post office.
  2. If still missing, contact us at info@luxovre.com, and we’ll assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
